riverside quayline is a development of 3 three-bed dwellings in lancaster. the local area has strong industrial character set beside lancaster's quay and river. the site was traditionally used for private recreational facilities and anciliary industrial activities.

the massing and materiallity of the development reflects the historic context of the site. brick plinth facades with large openings and deep reveals. zinc standing seam elements reflect the industrial language of lancaster quay while the massing has been designed to reflect the residential scale and relationship with existing adjacent housing and buisness park ot the north east.
